ENG 3700 - Technical Writing (3) [WID]

When Offered: Fall; Spring
GEN ED: Junior Writing in the Discipline (WID)
Focuses on the study and practice of technical writing including rhetorical considerations of purpose, genre, and audience, as well as ethical principles like usability, user experience, accessibility, and plain language. Emphasis on real-world application of technical and professional writing genres in connection with complex social issues. Students may not receive credit for both ENG 3700 and ENG 3695 .
Prerequisites: R_C 2001  or its equivalent, or permission of the instructor.
