- CSD GPA requirements: 3.2 cumulative GPA required for declaration, 3.2 cumulative GPA required for retention, and 3.2 cumulative GPA required for graduation. The Beaver College of Health Sciences requires a minimum 2.0 major GPA for graduation.
- CSD grade requirements: All CSD majors must earn a minimum grade of “C” (2.0) in each required course in the major, and a minimum grade of “B” (3.0) for CSD 2260 .
- Students may repeat a CSD course only once. Students may repeat only two CSD courses throughout the program.

- Students must abide by the department’s Professional Dispositions, Behaviors and Essential Functions policy described in the student handbook at rhs.appstate.edu/academics/undergraduate.
- 18 credit hours in major and 9 credit hours in minor must be at App State.
- 25% of the degree hours must be in residency at App State.
- As stated in the catalog, the final responsibility for meeting graduation requirements remains with the student.
