| Additional Notes
- HCM GPA requirements: 2.0 cumulative GPA required for declaration, and 2.0 cumulative and major GPA required for graduation. There are no GPA retention requirements.
- 18 credit hours in major and 9 credit hours in minor (if applicable) must be App State
- 25% of the degree hours must be in residency at App State.
- As stated in the catalog, the final responsibility for meeting graduation requirements remains with the student.
